Course & Clubhouse

Myself and 3 other members from Balfron played in the open today.  As a fellow club secretary, I am aware that members and visitors usually only write to us when they have a complaint!.  I therefore wanted to drop you a line expressing our thanks for the great day we had. We hadn’t played Ratho Park before and it was in fine condition.  Most importantly, the staff we met were absolutely first class, welcoming and friendly, traits which are all to often missing when you visit some clubs.  From the Pro when we arrived, to the lady and gentlemen checking us in for the open, the waiting staff in the restaurant and the young assistant pro who started us. Every single one where a credit to your club.  Thanks again for a great day.

I wanted to pass on our thanks from the Drumpellier ladies for a great day yesterday.  The feedback was very positive regarding everything. We were welcomed by the friendliness of staff and those organising the ladies outing.  The course was beautiful although our golf could have been better.  I would like to say a special thank you to you for all your help leading up to and on the day.  Also a special thanks to Liz and the catering staff who looked after us all day.  Liz went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right with the ladies commenting that nothing was too much trouble for Liz.  Im sure the ladies will return some time and certainly pass on their possitive experience to others.  If you could pass on our graduate to those who made our day memorable that would be great.  Thanks again Jamie for all your help.

'Many thanks for organising a wonderful family dinner in celebration of my 80th birthday. Everything about the evening was first class. The ambience was perfect, the hospitality top notch and the food was absolutely delicious - please pass on my thanks to the chef. Everyone enjoyed their evening immensely and marvelled at your professionalism, the venue and indeed everything about the evening. So thank you both for making a special occasion even more special.

I wanted to feedback the positive reviews we have had from some guests who have visited the club house for golf, food and drink. They have enjoyed the facilities. A couple of guests have mentioned Andrew in their review -that he took the time and an interest with them, this made a very positive memorable experience whilst they had breakfast/lunch.

We had a really enjoyable visit to Ratho Park today.  Thank you for accommodating us.  Please pass my compliments to the green staff for the condition of the course and to the bar staff and the Proshop for making us feel most welcome.  Overall it was just a very pleasant golfers away day.
