The website will provide a much fresher and more up-to date feel and provide you with a more informative and up to date set of information about what is happening at the club.

As data has been transferred from other software - please bear with us as we iron out any gremlins that may occur. For example we may have an old e-mail address for you that will be required to be updated.

To log in to the members area of the new website :-

"Login is" your E-Mail address OR Bar Card Number

"PIN NUMBER" is the day and month from your date of birth, so for example if you were born on the 4th February 19XX your pin number would be 0402.

** Please note that if there are any members whose husband/wife/partner are also members of the club - you can only login to the members part of the website with your bar card number - it will not recognise your e-mail address. **

You can also have a new PIN number set by going to the PIN Recovery page and entering your email address.

Tee booking will still be made in the usual manner with the access to Tee Booking being displayed at the top of the new site or if you are logged in as a member you need to click on the "Information" tab and click on "Tee Booking".

Your usual log in details for booking your golf will remain the same.

As I mentioned above there will be some data that is not quite correct and can I please ask that you e-mail me with any challenges that you have so we can systematically work our way through them. It is much easier for example to copy and paste an e-mail address than to jot it down over the phone.
