1. GREEN FEES

A deposit of £10.00 per player must be submitted with the booking application. This is non-returnable and will be deducted from the total Green Fees on the day. The deposit for any shortfall in the numbers originally booked will be forfeited. DO NOT OVER-ESTIMATE YOUR NUMBERS.

Additional tee-off times may be available by contacting the Secretary.

Payment for all services - Green Fees, Catering and Bar must be paid on the day.

No accounts will be sent out. Cheques in clearance of Green Fees and Bar bills should be made payable to ‘ Ratho Park Golf Club.’ Payment may be made by debit or credit card.

2. CATERING

Please arrange all Catering requirements directly with the Club Stewardess on 0131-335-0069. 

3. PLAY

Organisers of outings are responsible for advising all Members visiting Ratho Park that the Club expects them to abide by the conditions of play and the etiquette of the game.

SLOW PLAY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE and could lead to the withdrawal of the courtesy of the course in future years.

Visiting Clubs may not commence play before 9.00am and should play-off before 3.00pm . The maximum number of players for any Visiting Party is 40 and all should be in possession of an Official Club handicap. Morning play and afternoon single rounds will be in three-ball matches. Friendly four-ball games may be played as the second round of a days outing, always provided that a reasonable pace of play is maintained.

No four-ball play allowed on Thursdays during Members’ Sweepstake Days.

4. DRESS

A reasonable standard of Smart Casual Dress is expected .

Ratho Park Golf Club operates a contemporary and forward thinking dress policy commensurate with a modern day members’ golf club.

ON THE COURSE AND PRACTICE/PUTTING AREA

Members and visitors are asked to ensure that they conform to a good, neat and clean standard of recognised golfing apparel including golf shoes at all times.  When changing golf clothing please use the locker rooms rather than the car park.

Examples of inappropriate dress are rugby/football tops, tee shirts without collars or sleeves, denim jeans or cargo pants and track or shell suits. 

IN THE CLUBHOUSE

Members and visitors to any lounge or dining area are asked to ensure that they conform to a good, neat and clean standard of dress.  Denim jeans are acceptable provided that they are free from rips or tears.  Accompanying children are expected to be dressed in smart casual clothing commensurate with their age.  Members and guests are asked to make use of the cloakrooms and locker rooms to hang outdoor wear.

Examples of inappropriate dress are rugby/football tops, tee shirts without collars or sleeves, track or shell suits, waterproofs, wet or soiled or torn clothing, headgear and golf shoes.

The wearing of golf shoes is permitted only in the Locker Room areas.

It will be the responsibility of Organising Secretaries to ensure that all of their Members are aware of these regulations.

The Club Professional and the Club Stewardess have been instructed to refuse access to anyone not complying with this directive.

5. MISCELLANEOUS

Please look after the course by replacing divots, repairing pitch marks on the Greens and by raking bunkers.

Ratho Park Golf Club are not responsible for loss or damage to equipment or clothing on the course, in the Clubhouse, or in the Car Park.

All visitors should take particular care when using the driveway through the Course. Please look for the five passing places. Golfers have priority at all times.

Completion of the reservation form denotes acceptance of the foregoing Terms and Conditions.

Toilet facilities on course next to 9th tee.
